New Yorkers Against Unfair Taxes

New York State is causing us financial pain, and it's time to fight fire with fire. If we don't start fighting back, they will never stop bullying us. I don't know about you, but I've never been one to sit around and allow myself to be bullied and I am not about to start now. Join today and help make New York feel the financial pain it is imposing on us.

I strongly encourage all smokers in New York State to buy their cigarettes out of state. The state government has gone too far with the taxes on tobacco and it's time to make them pay, instead of us. Together, we can make a difference.

The state has left us with little choice but to avoid the unfair taxes they are charging by traveling to other states to purchase tobacco. If we work together to make that happen we can reduce the income NYS generates with cigarette sales. In addition to purchasing our cigarettes in other states, I strongly advise filling your gas tanks outside of NYS while making trips to buy.

This website was created to provide a medium by which NY smokers can unite, discuss and organize the purchase of cigarettes elsewhere. The time and money spent traveling to another state on a regular basis can be cumbersome on individuals, but if we can organize group efforts that burden can be minimized.
